Devotion:
Do you ever go through difficult seasons in your life, and really wish that you could get out of them? I remember hating the drama in my middle school so much. I wanted nothing more than to escape all of it and be done with school.
However, the drama and difficulties I experienced in middle school help me in life now. Because I was left out many times, I try to find people that not everyone notices and include them. The exclusion I experienced in middle school helps me in life now.
Joseph had a similar attitude in Genesis 50.
Joseph went through some pretty bad situations. However, he didn’t allow himself to get bitter about things or even to give up and begin to dislike people. Instead, he realized that those tough times he went through helped him in the future.
Right now, you might be facing difficulty. Don’t give up. Don’t be discouraged. God will see you through. When you come out on the other side of this season, you’ll be stronger and will have learned something that will help you later in life.
Stay close to God and know that He will always see you through the difficult seasons because He loves you.

Mission Trip Meeting: Dominican Republic and Guatemala Mission Trips
When: Monday-October 27th, 2025 at 6:30pm
Where: At Dave Hansen’s Barn (behind the main house-- 17888 E. Dinuba Ave. Reedley, CA 93654
Purpose: To inform parents and students about the mission trips. To answer any questions that parents or students may have.
This is for either Guatemala mission trip or the Dominican Republic mission trip.

Our FFA program will have a pumpkin patch on campus this Thursday and Friday! Elementary classes will visit throughout the day, then it's open to families/public starting at 3:00pm. Pumpkins are a suggested $5 donation, plus food and drinks available for purchase!
JH Soccer Practice Location Change!: starting today, JH boys will practice on the Pond at the Complex and the JH girls will practice on the JH green, unless notified otherwise.

JH Soccer vs El Monte:
Girls dismiss @ 1:50 pm to go change; take the Flex Shuttle to the Complex @ 2:05 pm.
Varsity boys take the After School Shuttle @ 2:35 pm; change at the Complex.
Girls play at 3:00 pm on The Island.
Boys play at 4:30 pm on The Island.
*JV boys not playing today will have practice from 3:00 - 4:15 pm on the Pond.
JH Practices:
Boys Soccer - Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:30 - 5:00 pm on the Pond, and Wednesdays from 3:00 - 4:30 pm, unless there is a game. *You will stay for Flex and then take the AFTER SCHOOL shuttle to the Complex.
Girls Soccer - Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:00 - 4:30 pm on the JH Green; unless there is a game. *You will go to Flex and then leave 10 minutes early to go change.
Cross Country - practices are Monday - Friday from 3:00-5:00pm at the Sports Complex. Athletes will take the shuttle that leaves at 2:40pm.
*On M, T, TH and F, athletes will check into Flex and then get on the Flex Shuttle to the Complex. They can change at the Complex. On Wednesdays, athletes will stay for Flex, then go on the After School shuttle. They can change at the Complex.
JH/HS Athletes: You are NOT allowed to walk to the Sports Complex for practice or games! We will provide transportation, either a bus or shuttle/van to take you to the Complex. If you have any questions, please talk to Mrs. Burns. The flex shuttle departs at 2:40 (M, T, TH, F) and 2:10 (W) and the after school shuttle depart at 3:10 (M, T, TH, F) and 2:40 (W).
