The Board of Trustees of Immanuel Schools is selected by the four membership churches. The membership churches consist of the Mennonite Brethren Church of Reedley, California, the Mennonite Brethren Church of Dinuba (New Life Community), Mennonite Brethren Church of Kingsburg (New Hope), and Grace Church of the Valley of Kingsburg. Two of these churches, Reedley Mennonite Brethren and New Life Community, Dinuba, are the founding churches. The Board also has the ability to appoint three at large Board members. The Immanuel Board of Trustees meets monthly.
