Applicants must have a strong relationship with Jesus Christ, have beliefs that are consistent with those of Immanuel Schools, the ability to work in a school community, and be flexible.
In order to ensure that we hire the best qualified applicants, Immanuel Schools uses a multi-step hiring process:
Step 1: Applicants must complete and return the appropriate application (links below) to the Human Resources Office. The application must be saved and then sent in an email as an attachment to firstname.lastname@example.org. Human Resources will review to determine whether or not to continue processing the application.
Step 2: Those selected to continue will be screened by checking the listed references on the initial application.
Step 3: Continuing applicants will be contacted to schedule an interview with the Superintendent, the Business Office/Human Resource Manager and the appropriate supervisor.
Step 4: Approved applicants will be given the necessary employment paperwork to be completed. Applicants not selected will receive written notification.
