Applicants must have a strong relationship with Jesus Christ, have beliefs that are consistent with those of Immanuel Schools, the ability to work in a school community, and be flexible.
In order to ensure that we hire the best qualified applicants, Immanuel Schools uses a multi-step hiring process:
Step 1: Applicants must complete and return the appropriate application to the Human Resources Office. The application must be saved and then sent in an email as an attachment to email@example.com. Human Resources will review to determine whether or not to continue processing the application.
Step 2: Those selected to continue will be screened by checking the listed references on the initial application.
Step 3: Continuing applicants will be contacted to schedule an interview with the Superintendent, the Business Office/Human Resource Manager and the appropriate supervisor.
Step 4: Approved applicants will be given the necessary employment paperwork to be completed. Applicants not selected will receive written notification.
